Kincentric Circles is a Goat walking immersion experience located in the rolling hills of Northern California
RE-awaken your shepherding heritage, we have been walking with goats for ~15,000 years
Following from the indigenous perception that we are part of an ecological family, our experiences bring our attention to these relationships by way of practicing the ancient art and science of pastoralism. Together, we will explore both the wilderness within and the idea of kincentric ecology, ecopsychology, and nature connection.
Our pledge of inclusivity
In our language, Kin is defined as, one’s family and relations. Our family is intersectional and celebrates diversity through a culture of inclusivity
Providing access to underserved communities
Understanding that our resiliency is rooted in gratitude of all living things, we seek to provide access to wilderness education, self exploration through nature, and general wilderness experiences to communities in need.
If you would like to help serve our communities, we welcome you to contribute towards our scholarship program,
Where does Kincentric Ecology come from?
Kincentric Ecology is the worldview illustrated to us by way of the Rahamurí scholar we know as Enrique Salmon. Salmon bestows upon us a perspective that incorporates all that we encounter in nature as kin. Learn more about kincentric Ecology, below.
